I'm Addicted to social media sites, Please help?

i spend much of time nowadays on facebook, twitter and such. not paying much attentions to my studies and careers. please how can i stop this addiction?

Try getting an older phone that can only make/send and receive calls and texts. If you live with your parents get them to change the password on the router so you don't have access to it. Find another interest like reading, it's actually quite good. Hope that helps!

No one will want to trade in their smart phone to go back to some older phone. Have no fear. This addiction will stop it self when you notice that you have to do the same class over again and again and you end up without an education and diploma. All your friends will graduate and they'll come look you up in the streets where you'll be playing music or at MacDonald where you'll be sweeping the floor or where you'll maybe even make it to manager.
When I notice that my kids are failing in school, I simply take away their "gadgets". My son will even give me his computer and phone during the exam period to avoid being distracted. That worked for him just fine because he just graduated high school.
