Internet Connection Lost?

Internet has being going out a lot the past couple of days.
I'm using a new router/modem which is a Belkin N300
I tried updating the firmware but i get get frequent drops.
Aparently this happens a lot with these routers.

According to the log you posted, ADSL Media Down means your service provider keeps going down at their end, they might be upgrading their network, try calling them or checking their website.
