im trying to add someone on facebook...?

When I usually add someone on facebook it comes up 'add as friend' in the top right corner, but for some reason it isn't showing up. I have tried logging in and out, and refreshing the page. This has never happened before. I know I'm not blocked by this user either!

Any suggestions??

U should note this
1 .That Person may have many friend request that are not answered
2. U may be blocked as u said .

They wont become a friend and show up in your list until they have accepted your request.

Some people will not do instant responses under any circumstances.

Until such time people realise this, then they wouldn't get wound up so much!

Also this is FB we're talking about, not the real world.

it could be there settings, see if they can add you

That means they changed their settings so that only they can add people, instead of people adding them.
If you can message her, just send her a message asking them to add you or even talk to her/him if you know them in real (which you should if you wanna add them lol).
