How to avoid to show my facebook status updates shown in Friends' notification area?
I don't want to notify friends of any updates, but I allow they to view my updates if you click on my facebook page.

you have to go your privacy settings and change privacy to custom & only me.

Maybe Facebook isn't for you.
Are you trying to force people to look at your page every day? You assume they will remember or want to...that's why you need to let your FRIENDS know you added content to your page.
