Hey! i have seen websites in which as soon as i open the website, a box automatically appears and gives the option to like the website on facebook. i want such features in my wordpress.com website. is it possible? if yes, then plz tell how?

That's not a feature. It's what we call an annoyance. Why force your users into liking your page when they may not? Totally uncool. And a great way to chase off folks who might be interested in your page.
