Is it possible to change my ebay seller username, and transfer all my sales records to the new account?
I've had the same username for over 7 years, and I'm getting bored with it.

You can change your user ID. There will be an icon beside the new ID telling people that you have changed it for thirty days. Your feedback will stay with you. Once you change it you can not change it again for thirty days.
