Not yet. The site opened Sept 15, 2013. Too new to trust them with your personal information and/or credit card. The site uses a free email address on its registration page. That is not confidence-inspiring. You can open and close one of those in 2 minutes. The owners seem to be in Poland but the site is registered in Montenegro.
