is it safe to upload my own photo on facebook?

Okay..here's the problem.i usually dont upload my own pictures because a guy from my school ( likes me, but i dont like him back cause he is not a nice guy)
is stalking me..i blocked him ..and now he is stalking him through his friends..i cant block all of em..because i dont even know them

and today i just uploaded a picture to facebook as my profile picture ,also i turned audience to 'only me' so no one will be able to see me

now technically everyone can see me..but no one can take my picture out nor download it,right?
is it safe..? should i delete it?

But Technically Speaking, Its Chances are Very Low.
So You are Upload your Pics..
and If Someone is Stalking you or Say, Disturbing you, You Can always Block That person and Report against him to Facebook..
