New Ebay Seller... HELP!?

So i woke up this moring to see that i have sold my first item on ebay, sadly i dont know what to do next lol. The payment is pending (being processed) through paypall right now. What i want to know is if i have to ship the item before the payment can process? Im doing the shipping myself because i believe it is cheaper, im just confused on what i am suppose to do now that i have actually sold the item

Wait for payment to clear. You never ship before payment clears. Congrats on your first sale!

Congratulations on your first ebay sale! Once the funds have cleared and not before you can dispatch your item to your buyer but only after you've received pay,ent so that you can be sure that no errors have been made and that the buyer has/will pay for the item

first of all you will have to wait 21 days if you do not send the package NOW here is how

AFTER YOU GET PAID FOR THE AUCTION
IF YOUR A NEW USER YOUR MONEY INSIDE OF PAYPAL WILL SAY PENDING.
EBAY DOES ALLOW YOU TO USE YOUR PENDING PAYPAL MONEY TO PRINT OUT AND PAY FOR SHIPPING LABELS.

Go into your ebay account into your MY EBAY page where your sold auction is, and click PRINT SHIPPING LABEL, there in that page after you put in all your information, when you go to the links choose which option to pay and print with, look at the one that has the words in the instructions PAY LATER. the option on the bottom of the other one asking you to use paypal. Then ebay will release up to $15.00 in your paypal account to allow you to print out your label with when you use that option. After your package is DELIVERED a few DAYS later paypal will release your money to spend any way you want to.


You funds are pending because your a new user my way here I tell you will get your money sooner then the 21 day it will take to clear if you wait to send the package.


If you do not have a printer go to the library they let you use their computers and printers for free to print out shipping labels.

Yes, send off the item, I had the same thing. You can print a shipping label off of ebay if you want or you can just send the mail through the post office. Make sure you get a tracking number though. The faster you have it sent off, the faster you get the money.

Just make sure there is a tracking number, if you send that package off without one, than you will always have to wait the 21 days before the money goes through.
