Search engine optimzation question?
Let's say your site is called MySite, and your main keyword is Site Description, so it would show up on google like. MySite | Site Description

What if you added another keyword in to your description and instead of Site Description, it became Site Description & More. Would someone still be able to find your site by typing in (with quotations) "Site Description" or would they now have to type in the exact phrase "Site Description & More"

I guess my real question is, can you have more than one main keyword in the main description of your site?

It should be able to still match keyword within a title.

Bear in mind search engines rank individual pages, not sites overall, aside from an exact match domain name which has been powerful in the past, you can optimize each page for a different keyword, search engines are getting more powerful at identifying the subject matter and more critical in regards to excessive optimization, like keyword stuffing, excessive junk backlinks, too many anchor text links, etc. You may be best off just picking a topic for an article and writing for the users, those keyword placement/formatting tricks and micro adjustments like you were examining just don't work like they once did.

Some advice on avoiding getting axed by the Penguin SEO spam filter.
