Why does my router keep timing out?

I have a NEGEAR router and every few hours, it stops working. My devices still connect and my router shows no change in color, but I can't use the internet. I have to disconnect it then plug it back in to fix it, but it is getting annoying. It is relatively new and I know it's not my device because I have multiple devices that won't work after a while, too. Does anyone know how to fix this?

your firewall is blocking it..expecially if you have norton
