A quick look shows at least two copyrighted downloads. Unless you have the license to offer the download direct from the copyright holder, no, your site is not legal.

the only thing that i can assure is that nowadays there are many scam sites just to earn money and close the site so better be careful. for this site i would say that if you are doing financial work think thrice before you work but if you are using it for other purpose then don't worry even if it scam you can find your context on other sites as well.
