how to face an ex gf/crush on facebook?

ok.when ever i see my ex crush,i get depressed.it has had a tremendous effect on my studies,i couldnt concentrate on my goals.and now my school life is over so happily i wont have to face her at school but i still feel down when i see her posts on facebook.what should i do?

Too simple! you got 3 choices, get on with your life, delete the person from your friends, or just un-follow her and keep her as a friend until you realize it was just a fling, & that there are more fish in the sea.
