How to stop getting friend requests on FB?

I am trying to change the privacy settings but I think Facebook again has changed the settings without letting the users know. Actually I want to block the incoming friend requests from everyone else and same I do not want to get messages from any one else apart from the people in my friend list only. I know earlier on we can restrict getting friends requests from everyone else and same restrict getting message from everyone other than your friends. Now at present how I able to do the same. I tried my best to find out a way but in vain. At the moment you can only change the settings from Everyone to Friends of Friends and vice versa.
