I want to buy some hookah pens online but I don't want my mom to know so are there any sites I can go to that have like discreet shipping and packaging so if I do order it she won't know or see the order on the credit card bill ?

No, it is not possible since all charges on a credit card will appear in the credit card bill. You could try to make it so that she doesn't notice when the package arrives, and if you go to a bank and deposit the exact money you spent, she won't notice until she sees her bill, and IF she sees it.
