I'm having difficulty with an ad service called "Quiknowledge" on internet explorer. How do I remove it?

I have not noticed this problem on google chrome, and it began when I attempted to download a computer script program called Python. Is the Quiknowledge a new Internet Explorer feature, or some sort of trojan/virus? If it's a feature, how do I disable it, and if it's a virus, how do I remove it?

Any help is appreciated.

By the way, do not suggest switching over to Chrome to avoid the problem. I prefer Internet Explorer for the ease of use with my laptop's touchscreen.

Please manage your add ons, it will find in Tools menu. Select the programs which you want to remove, and click on the remove button. Restart the explorer & use it happily !!
