there was a website advertising random boxes of stuff whats it called?

so my cousin was telling me about this website that advertises random boxes of "crap" and i wanted to know what it was called or if you know of any websites that do the same thing

sounds like a "ripoff".

There are liquidation outlets that sell discontinued products, customer returns, etc. that retail stores have dumped, they do offer packages with labels like "misc. electronics" now and then.

Usually they sell one item per day. Occasionally they have a special sale called a Woot-Off, which lasts all day. You have to keep watching the site, because at random times during the Woot-Off, they will advertise the Bag Of Crap (BOC). The BOCs are available for only $5 for shipping charges, and they sell out almost immediately. If you're lucky enough to get one, you might just get a bag of cheap junk ... or you might get a TV or a vacuum cleaner or a computer.

All websites do same thing, just think how does a website makes money. Most of the sites make Legally. There are lot of types of adertising options and media so I am unable to show which type you need.
