I haven't received my item from ebay and the seller isn't contacting me back?
I really either want my money back or the product obviously, whats the next step? I didn't use Paypal by the way.

You can start an inquiry with Ebay. They will look into the issue. I think you have to locate it in your My-Ebay screen somewhere.
