Is this considered false advertising?
I am making a clothing line, and we are getting woven labels made from China.

The shirt itself is made in USA, so the shirt and screen printing and everything on the shirt will be made in the USA, but we are getting labels to sew onto the shirt from China (size label for the inside of the shirt). I wanted to put the info about the shirt on the tag (fabric, etc) under the size.

If I put "Made in USA" is that false advertising? The shirt, screenprinting, and sewing was all made in the USA and done locally in California but the labels were all made in China, would I still be able to put Made in USA or is that false advertising?

Yes, that would be considered a "made in the USA" shirt as far as I know, but do verify with the FTC. But why buy Chinese labels? http://www.business.ftc.gov/documents/bu...-wool-acts are things you'll want to read.
