Is there any way to save Firefox HISTORY record of URLs (not bookmarks)?
Is there any way to save my lengthy history record on Firefox without having to painstakingly save each URL as a bookmark??? Thanks for any help.
Thank you for the response, Timothy S, but that path only leads to a backup for bookmarks, not for the URL history not saved as bookmarks. Let me know if there is a solution for backing up history without bookmarking.

Display the menu bar. (Hit Alt) Choose History--Show All History

History | Show All History | Import and Backup | Backup...
will save a .JSON file wherever you want.
If you are just backing up or moving the history to another computer, that's it. If you want to read the file for some other purpose, you will need a json editor, which you can Google for.
