Is this guy into me, or am I reading into it too much?

I always sort of had an attraction to him. He lived on my floor last year, and we'd talk sometimes (for hours, sometimes). We became friends, and then he started dealing to me, but I don't buy from him anymore. He once told me that he's never checked me out because he doesn't like to "sh*t where he eats." Plus, I had a boyfriend all of last year. This year, he's been snapchatting me a lot. He once called me cute over snapchat, and pulled the whole "we should hang out" thing a few times. I've seen him a few times around campus this year, and he always runs up and hugs me for a super long time. Plus, when he saw he in class the other day, his lecture got out early, and he waited outside for me to give me a hug. Do you think he's attracted to me at all, or just has a flirty personality that could be construed as him being interested?

If you do think he's interested, how should I go about it and start a conversation with him? He no longer has a facebook profile, and he had to change his number so I don't have it anymore.

Get his new number and just start talking to him. Listen to your gut when you think it's time to DTR. It's sounds like he likes you but I he does it to other girls then he is just a flirt
