Lifted means "Unbanned", and when they say your ban will never be lifted, they mean you will never be unbanned.

it means that account is never going to be accessed by your again...you might be able to make a new one...if not then they banned your IP address for good

You have been perma-banned. People get perma-banned from Y!A but all they do is just create a new account and start afresh.

It simply means you are permanently banned from ever using the ZooChat web site again. Maybe you didn't follow their "Terms of Use" or received too many complaints from other users. Contact the web site for information about your termination if you believe it was unjustified.
