What kind of forum is city-data forum?

I mean, people usually post stuff about each state. I've seen a couple of threads about other stuff. Can you post anything on there? Woild I just look stupid doing that?
I know, I probably don't sound too bright. But I only ask because It's hard to work on my phone.

It's ok. It's mostly a general topic forum. There's quite a few forums. If you look stupid you'll know it ASAP. A lot of people seem to be prudes on there but not everyone. It's just a tough place to integrate into because everyone seems to want to "one-up" each other. I have an account there ironically under the same name as this one here.
