Ebay help!!!! PLEASE?

I sold a iphone 5 on ebay that i thought had a clean esn... turns out it diddnt and the guy messaged me saying that it had a bad esn so i tried to be nice and offer a refund but he hasnt replied in like 3 days... also he already left me bad feedback what should i do?? PLEASE HELP!!!

On EBay website there's a caption on the top that Sense Customer Service or Customer help and they will Contact u by the next day but next time go the Apple Store that sells IPone 5s and other electronic Devices that will give U BETTER SUPPORT AND TIP HOW TO LEAN TO USE IT AND THAT'S ALL!!!!

once a buyer leaves you any kind of feedback that closes the transaction so keep your money and go block him.
