how to block specific friends from appearing on your friend list on facebook?

Hey I have this unique problem here - I use facebook as a medium for work/marketing etc. The problem is, I need to show my friends list to others to see whom I connect with but there are a few people that I cannot have on my friends list shown (although I still need to be friends with them)

So Is there a way to block specific people from being on your friends list? I need my friends list to be visible to certain clients/people but I cannot show them that I am connecting with certain specific people on facebook

no. you can unfriend them, but you can't make them disappear

How do I change who can see the people I'm friends with?
Go to your profile and click Edit in the top right corner
From the menu in the left column, click Friends and Relationships
Go to the Friends section and use the audience selector on the right side to control who can see your friends
You can also organize friends into smaller lists for your own use. These lists are not shown on your profile.

By default, everyone can see who your friends are in the Friends section of your timeline. To change this setting:
Go to your timeline
Click on the Friends unit, beneath your cover
