i haven't got in my facebook for 3 years and i dont know my facebook password and i only put my hotmail email but i dont know my hotmail password i didnt put a security question please help me...

If you click forgot password it will ask you for your email address or Name, when you entered your name or email address it will list a following accounts, you can choose between them which one is your account. once you've done that, a email will be sent to you and will ask you to put the 6 digit code.Once you have put in the six digit code it will redirect you to reset your password just write in your new password and you're done.
