is there a website to help me select an employee for a promotion?
okay, so i have to promote one of my employees. but there are a few of them that i would like to promote, but im really having trouble. Is there a website were you can like rate the person on different aspects like experience and other stuff? And then u can select an ideal rating that you want and it will give you the closet person?

If you go to Yahoo/Google and enter the words - employee promotion websites, or something similar, you will find a few.
