Once you are logged into your Twitter account look at the tool bar on the right hand side of the screen. You'll see a link for Direct messages. Click on the link as this will take you to your direct messages page. There will be a drop down box at the top of the page, choose whoever you want to send a message to, and type your message out. Then just click send like always.
