What's the best place to sell my Market Samurai license? BHW costs 30$ for a single ad, Digitalpoint requires 3 likes for me to be able to open up a thread...

There are lots of affiliates out there, to really make anything significant you would need to setup a marketing/traffic related article site that gets thousands of visitors through search engines. Some of the big selling affiliates offer a kick-back incentive (a portion of their commission) and give details on getting the best price by buying before the trial ends?

A search will turn up plenty of other internet marketing related forums, some that allow signature links after a certain number of useful posts, even in these communities you would need to earn a good reputation to get people willing to click your link, hit and run spamming is just not going to get you much.
