Unfortunately, your screen is cracked. It looks like there was pressure applied to the lower right edge of the screen.

If you have an external monitor available, I would recommend connecting it to your VGA or HDMI. This will allow you to recover data and to use the laptop as if it were a desktop.

If you want to replace the screen, I would bring it into your local Geek Squad or contact the manufacturer for a repair estimate.
