Did my order go through on Tirerack.com?
So I ordered some tires and wheels on tire rack and I haven't gotten a confirmation email, and the website shows that I have no order history. Also my account has not been charged for the purchase yet. I don't see how my order couldn't have gone through because at one point I was at a page that said stuff about receiving a confirmation email and it has my billing information on the website under my account now. I don't want to try again until I know for sure that it didn't go through considering it was a $1,000 dollar purchase. I can't call customer service because it's a Sunday of course. I know this is a stupid question for yahoo answers but does anyone have any advice ?!

Some smaller and family owned companies are off on the weekend. Or the items are out of stock and that's why you haven't been charged.
In other words, don't ask something here because we have no idea. Call them Monday. |

If the purchase went thru, you would have received an immediate confirmation email with the tracking information, charges, and items purchased etc.

Some companies don't fully trust their "shopping cart," and don't allow it to do everything it's capable of. They wait to manually verify everything before they allow an order to proceed. This may be the case here.
