Does this guy like me?
My one coworker and I have a great time and work and get along well, telling jokes and he's really funny and smart. I noticed the last time we worked together we were both kind of stealing glances and then we left at the same time and ended up chatting after work in a fun, relaxed way for about half an hour. SO, I added my coworker on social media about a 1-2 weeks ago and over the last three days, he has messaged me and we ended up talking for three nights in a row always for at least an hour. Our conversations are really playful, and possibly flirty? I can't tell if we are just friends who get along well if there is something more there? We have a staff party coming up and he was kept trying to convince me to go so that he would have an "ally" and basically not be bored stuck with people he doesn't want to talk to. After I said I was going, I told him that now he has to go because I'm going and he was really excited about it!

I'm just confused because we don't talk all the time, and we have never hung out outside of work before but we get along really well and I can't tell if he's just excited to have a friend or if he wants something more. And I'm excited at the idea of it but I'm confused because I don't know what his intentions are. Please help! I'm such an oblivious person when it comes to this stuff!

He's showing you signs of interest in you which is a good thing. I suggest you continue talking to him, if he doesn't initiate the conversation then you should initiate it so he knows you're at least interested.

He's a shy guy, if you want this to happen you gotta pull him in at the night you guys are going out. But not to obvious, but seems like things need to be done fast before the sparks are over. How to pull him in? Go stand with other coworkers and glance him in, then try to get alone (maybe walk for a drink together) Then wait for him to put the show on Wink
