Which is the best GAMEPLAY recorder ?

I know about FRAPS but it drops about 10-15 FPS while recording.
I want an alternate HD recorder which does not drop that much frames .

@Abhishek -- You cannot use Camtasia for GAMEPLAY recording. I have Camtasia but you can use only for desktop screen recording and editing Anyway , Thnx
