Internet problems?

I need help I don't know if it's my router or what but I just reset my router yesterday and yes I went through all the right steps and after that everything was ok at first then my ps3 would just stop in the middle of a call of duty game online and say you have been logged out of psn then I would have to unplug the router and plug it back in then it would work again for 15 minutes then do the same thing and my mom has a kindle fire (the first one) and ever since I restarted the router I have to do about the same thing with her kindle

What about modem ? Did you reset that as well ?
