I cant load any pages on all my browsers,Steam or anything but the internet connection is working fine.?

Are you using an application like peerblock that blocks certain incoming and outgoing connections? Are your phone and your computer on the same internet connection? Do you need to install drivers for your internet adapter? If you answer yes to any of these questions that could be the problem. PM me if you need help

make sure your browser is not blocked from any kind of firewall system,
then clear your browsers cash files.........then run the browser.......
if the problem still happens........clean your windows junk files & reinstall your brower
