How do I start blogging?

I've always wanted to let my feelings out some way and write about my problems, but I'm worried someone I know will see or read them. Is there any blogging sites which are really good that any of you recommend? Any comments are appreciated, thank you

It doesn't matter what website you start your blog, be it wordpress or blogger, or a site which you have to pay to use. Anyone with access to the internet will be able to read what you write.
I'd recommend using blogger though.
