How can I fix our dsl connection on our modem.?

So were with bigpond and have been for a few years and recently The Dsl has been dropping out whenever browsing youtube or on xbox live is their any way where we can fix the dsl so we can play xbl again or do I need a new modem any help will be appreciated.
P.S were in a lock in contract so we cant leave our network.

Raise a complaint with Big Pond and stay on their case. This happened to me and after a lot of time they concluded it was with a number of faulty tv sets in my vicinity. My complaint also involved compensation for my continuous lost internet.

It usually happens because of faulty modem esp when it starts getting heat up. So the best way is contact your ISP first then replace it.
