I just I activated my account, and i still can't make any posts. Have you had this problem before?
What should i do?

You can't post a new topic until you have a certain number of comments. And if you just activated, it may be a delay on the site updating. In the meantime, read the sticky note on using the forum because it's very, very easy to get banned and yes, they do track by IP address.
