Am i banned from Simtropolis?

To clarify, i registered just aboout 30 minutes ago from when i posted this. Now, every time i attempt to do anything on the site it gives me the page shown. Am i banned? Is there anything that i can do about it?

It seems you didn't validate (confirm your account created). Check your e-mail for validation link. if no e-mail arrived by Simtropolis, at the angle you have to push "resend Validation", check again your email and validate your account. Clean browser history and cach, close your browser, reopen it and go to Simtropolis.com and sign in again.
