why cant i get into my hall?

everyone at my school can't get into there hall messaging they type in the username/password and it says ''Your network has been temporarily deactivated'' what does this mean i keep getting invites to groups on my gmail but i cant access my account and neither can anyone else so we need help is hall going to be deactivated forever ill give you the link so you guys know what im talking about. https://hall.com/users/sign_in thats the link can someone please help?????

If you are unable to connect to hall from your school network, then your ISP @school does not allow apps like HALL for messaging....I think that is the problem
