Beware of mimics, faked, bogus or otherwise fraudulent sites that go beyond the fraud perpetuated by the obama administration.
The crooks will be coming out of the woodwork to take advantage of those who (not surprisingly) are bewildered by the "genuine" site's inability to work or convey meaningful help to those citizens who need it.
It's all a hoax...stay away.
