Facebook chat disconnects every 30 seconds?

it wont reconnect till i refresh the page, and after another 30 seconds it disconnects again. its not my internet connection thats the problem. i use google chrome and ive just updated java cause i read that that was the problem but clearly not. what is it?
im using a laptop, there is no problem with my internet connection

If its Disconnecting Constantly that Sounds Like a Problem With Facebook You Cant Fix it the Facebook Team Has to Correct the Problem Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem to Them
