Webpages Downloading instead of opening?

Hello

I am trying to look at my feedback on Facebook and when I click on it in Chrome instead of it opening in the webpage it is downloading as a file and then states that it may be harmful.

any ideas on how to stop this

imho you have to go to the right hand side off google chrome at the top of the page there is three lines, click on these and go into settings, then change the advanced settings to stop it doing this thanks, if not then Google plus me at ianmccully maybe a scam or a link you don't want to be using thanks.
