Since net neutrality is gone will Comcast and time warner block apps and sites?

The internet providers are free to block anything they want. They have to manage the bandwidth for their users. Anything that uses a lot of bandwidth is subject to throttling or blocking. Any torrents or illegal sites are able to be blocked too. All of our media is censored anyway.

They can but it would cause an up rough that would cost them biz so I don't see it happening anytime soon
