Desperate internet problems.?
My original ping used to be 40ms but since last week it shot up to 120ms and it won't move. I don't think the ping is being sent to the right location as it used to say "geographical location - cork, Ireland. But now it says nothing. How to I get my ping back to the right server?

DO NOT under any circumstances delete the System 32 Folder as Nnamed suggested.

This will render your System totally useless.
