Whenever i download a RAR file from the internet it opens internet explorer view downloads?

Whenever i download a RAR file from the internet it opens internet explorer view downloads?
I have no idea why it opens in internet explorer or how to extract it, i'm kinda new to this stuff...
please help!

I would recommend downloading and installing a program called 7-ZIP at http://www.7-zip.org/. make sure you choose the 'custom' or 'advanced' install and uncheck all the other bloatware that comes with it. Once you have that installed, your RAR files with use it to open. There are help files on the site.

You should download
WINRAR software in 32 bit.
And extract with this file.
This will perfect work properly.
