Instragram help!? Deleting comments,?

This is the first time I have ever experienced this. I want to delete a comment on Instagram, so, as normal, I drag the comment and press the "delete" button. The comment disappears, but as soon as I refresh the comment comes back. I've tried to go on instagram.com and delete the comment but the same thing happens. I've also told the person who commented to delete it and they tried but the same issue occurred.... Please tell me how I can fix this issue
Like I said, I've tried what Awni7 has suggested. The comments disappears but comes back as soon as I refresh

Swipe to the left over the comment you'd like to delete
Tap and then choose if you want to Delete or Delete & Report Abuse

Android

Tap the comment icon under the photo
Tap or press and hold the comment you want to delete
Choose if you want to Delete Comment or Delete Comment and Report Abuse
