For people near/in DC, does the Holi DC festival happen every year?

my friend invited me via facebook, but I can't go. It's this saturday.

Wats wierd is that the actual Holi festival happened a month ago in India.

But back 2 my question. Does DC hold this festival every year?

There was a write up in the Washington, Post on April 5, 2013 that stated that that was the 4th annual festival and it was held in Maryland.
Personally I had not heard of it.
