how do I print a picture off of a friends facebook page?

I saved some pictures from my brother in laws facebook page. I see them in my picture folder on my computer but when I go to upload them to a site to print them they don't show up in my picture folder. Can someone tell me how to get these pictures printed not on my computer but to a photo website.

take a screen shot with the print scrn button on your keyboard then paste in microsoft work or pain then print it out.
