I wan to create seo friendly url --- is there anyone could help me

Right now I have this url

http://www.furtherupdates.com/post-displ...d-features

I want to replace this url with

http://www.furtherupdates.com/Nokia-Lumi...d-features

mean I want o remove

post-display.php?topic=

from this url but I am fail, please help me

That depends on the server code you are using, Wordpress for example has options to make your own url form that's less cryptic than the default form.

Look for discussion forums about the site code you are using.

Step1- Create a new file with the name-"Nokia-Lumia-2520-price-specification-and-features" with same content as "post-display.php?topic=Nokia-Lumia-2520-price-specification-and-features".

Step2- Then add a 301 redirect from "post-display.php?topic=Nokia-Lumia-2520-price-specification-and-features" URL to "Nokia-Lumia-2520-price-specification-and-features"
